THE SPOTHUB VIRTUAL IT COMPANY

Learning a tool is one thing. Knowing how IT actually works is another.

Knowing the concepts doesn’t always mean feeling ready to explain a project or solve a problem with a team.

“Tell me about your project.”“How does your team work?”“How did you solve this issue?”

Practice the work, with room to learn.

We create a simulated software-company environment where you don’t only study — you practice how teams work. You receive tasks, work with others, get feedback and improve your project. This is a training simulation, not employment.

  1. 1Receive a task
  2. 2Understand it
  3. 3Build / Test
  4. 4Work with your team
  5. 5Review
  6. 6Fix problems
  7. 7Complete the project

WHY SPOTHUB FEELS DIFFERENT

A course teaches a subject. We help you become ready for the work.

Our difference is the way the pieces connect—from choosing a direction to explaining your work in an interview.

01

Direction before specialization

Understand the four kinds of IT work and choose with context instead of picking a popular course at random.

02

Practice before promises

Learn inside a simulated software-company workflow: tasks, teamwork, reviews, fixes and project presentations.

03

Evidence before certificates

Build projects, documentation and a portfolio that help you show what you can do—not only list what you studied.

04

Support beyond the classroom

Prepare your resume, LinkedIn, applications and interviews with continued guidance. Referral opportunities are shared where available.

SPOT → BUILD → EXPERIENCE → LAUNCHA connected journey for people starting from different places.
REAL PROJECTS. WORK YOU CAN SHOW.

Don’t finish with only a certificate.

Finish with work you can actually explain. Don’t just tell recruiters what you learned. Show what you built.

Examples for technical learners +

Applications, Playwright automation frameworks, API checks, SQL analysis, dashboards, deployment pipelines, pull requests and investigation reports — depending on your chosen program.

SPOTHUB SKILL PASSPORT

Know what you’re good at — and what you still need to improve.

Throughout the program, we assess your practical skills and provide feedback on your progress. You can see what to practice next, with evidence from your work.

Progress is more useful than a guessed percentage. Your Skill Passport connects feedback to the skills you’re building.

SPOTHUB WAR ROOM · TRAINING SIMULATION

What do you do when something stops working?

Imagine a shopping website where customers can’t finish an order. In a guided team exercise, you investigate the problem, try a fix and explain what you learned.

Practice staying curious, communicating clearly and solving problems together.

AN EXAMPLE CHALLENGE
  1. Understand what the customer is experiencing.
  2. Investigate the issue with your team.
  3. Check the fix and explain how to prevent it.
Inside the technical exercise +

Investigate checkout API failures, inspect logs, debug, retest and write a Root Cause Analysis. This is a production-style exercise in a simulated environment.

AI, WITH UNDERSTANDING

AI is useful. Knowing how to check it matters.

Learn to use AI as a helper for your chosen career: generate ideas, practice problems and speed up routine work. You still learn the foundations and check the results yourself.

Useful in every path.

Build software, check its quality, understand data or keep applications running — with guidance on when AI helps and when to question its answers.

AI skills across our programs +

AI-assisted development and code review; GenAI test design and failure analysis; AI-assisted SQL, Python and analytics; log investigation and scripting. Learners validate output for accuracy, privacy and security.

SPOTHUB INTERVIEW LAB

Your first interview shouldn’t feel like your first interview.

Practice answering technical questions, explaining your projects, solving problems and communicating your ideas. Mock interviews and individual feedback help you understand what to improve.

CAREER & JOB SUPPORT

We train you for the work. We support your placement journey.

Training builds your practical skills and confidence. After class, get help with your resume, LinkedIn profile, GitHub work, job applications, mock interviews and interview preparation. Receive continued guidance and referral opportunities where available.

Employment is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your skills, effort, eligibility, market conditions and employer decisions.

Yes, graduates from different streams can build IT foundations. Your starting point, time for practice and career interests help determine a suitable path. A role or job is not guaranteed.

Which program should I choose if I am unsure?

Are programs available online and in the classroom?

SpotHub offers online learning and classroom training in Moulivakkam and Selaiyur, Chennai. Contact an advisor to confirm the current program, schedule and classroom details.

Does SpotHub guarantee a job?

No. Career & Job Support includes portfolio preparation, resume guidance, mock interviews and job application guidance. Outcomes depend on skills, effort, eligibility, hiring demand and employer decisions.

What are the fees and program durations?

Fees, schedules, duration and the final syllabus are discussed with an advisor before enrollment. Ask for the written program details so you can make an informed decision.

How is AI used in the programs?

AI supports coding, test design, analytics and troubleshooting. Learners are expected to understand, check and validate AI output, including accuracy, privacy and security considerations.
